Terms and Conditions outline the rules and guidelines for using our website. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities while using our site. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should refrain from using our services.

Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the CNA program, students agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and policies outlined in this document. These terms and conditions govern the relationship between the student and Diamond School Of Nursing and are legally binding.

Admission Requirements
To be eligible for the CNA program, students must meet the following criteria:

Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 16 years old at the time of enrollment.

Educational Requirement: A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred but not required.

Identification: Must provide a valid, state-issued Driver’s License, ID, or Passport.

Social Security/ITIN: A photocopy of the applicant’s Social Security Card or ITIN is required.

Background Check & Immunizations: A background check and proof of required immunizations may be required per state and clinical site regulations. Failure to meet these requirements may result in disqualification without a refund.

Consent for Theory and Clinical Training Schedule
By enrolling in this program, students acknowledge and agree to participate in both theoretical instruction and clinical training as scheduled. Attendance is mandatory for all scheduled sessions unless otherwise excused for valid reasons. Students must follow the timelines provided and be punctual to ensure successful program completion.

Tuberculosis (TB) Test & Seasonal Influenza Vaccination Requirement
All students are required to provide proof of a negative TB test or a Chest X-ray (if previously positive) and Seasonal Influenza Vaccination proof no later than the end of the first week of class. Failure to submit this documentation may result in removal from the clinical portion of the program or dismissal.

Clinical Site Commute Agreement
Students acknowledge and accept that clinical site placements may be located within a 25-mile radius of the training facility. It is the responsibility of each student to arrange transportation and arrive on time. No special accommodations will be made for students unable to commute to assigned clinical sites within this distance.

Payment Options
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your seat in the class. This deposit is applied toward your total tuition of $2,000.

2. 4-Week Interest-Free Payment Plan

Installments: 4 equal payments of $475.00/week

Due Dates: Payments due weekly, Every first day of the week (e.g Monday)

Terms: No interest or fees if all payments are made on time. Full balance must be paid by the end of the fourth week.

Note: Returned checks may be subject to a $35 NSF fee. Please include your full name and program name on all forms of payment.

Registration & Payment Policy

Enrollment is only secured upon full payment of tuition.

A non-refundable $100.00 deposit is required at the time of booking.

The remaining balance of $1,900.00 must be paid in full before the first day of class.

Failure to make full payment by the deadline will result in forfeiture of the seat and deposit.

State Exam Fee Responsibility

Students are solely responsible for registering and paying all associated fees for the state certification exam. These fees are not included in the program tuition and must be paid directly to the appropriate testing agency.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

The $100.00 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Cancellations made at least 10 business days before the class start date may receive a refund for payments beyond the deposit.

No refunds will be issued within 10 business days of the class start date.

No refunds will be issued after the class has started, regardless of the reason (including but not limited to):

Failure to attend

Withdrawal for personal reasons

Dismissal due to misconduct

Inability to complete coursework

Documented medical emergencies may qualify for a prorated credit toward a future class, at the school’s discretion.

Attendance & Conduct Policy

Students are required to attend all scheduled classes and clinical sessions.

Excessive absences may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally. Any misconduct, including cheating, disruptive behavior, or violations of school policies, may result in dismissal from the program without a refund.

Certification Eligibility

Successful completion of the program does not guarantee certification.
-
Students must pass all coursework, meet clinical requirements, and fulfill state examination criteria.

Any costs associated with state certification exams are not included in tuition unless explicitly stated.

Liability Waiver

Diamond School Of Nursing is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred while attending classes, clinical training, or school-related activities.

Students agree to participate at their own risk and comply with all safety guidelines.

Policy Changes

Diamond School Of Nursing reserves the right to modify policies, tuition fees, and course schedules at any time. Students will be notified of any significant changes.

By enrolling in the CNA program, students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.
