Service Description
We provide a comprehensive training program designed to prepare students for a successful career in healthcare. Our program includes: Professional Instruction – Expert-led training covering essential healthcare skills. Scrubs, Books & Supplies Included – Required course materials, scrubs, and supplies are provided. Hands-on Training – Practical experience to build confidence and competence. Certification Preparation – Guidance and resources to prepare for certification exams. Online Free CNA Study Guide – Access to a detailed study guide to support learning. Podcast Access – Gain insights from our CNA study podcast, available on major platforms. Practice Quiz for Entrance Exam – Prepare effectively with our entrance exam practice quiz. Program Fees: $2,000 This fee includes charges for books, scrubs, and supplies. However, it does not include: Live Scan Fee: Paid separately State Examination Fee: paid separately

Cancellation Policy
https://www.diamondnursingschool.com/booking-policy Class Booking & Payment Policy To reserve a seat in a CNA class, students must pay a mandatory $100.00 deposit online at the time of booking. The remaining $1,900.00 balance must be paid in full at least 5 business days before the class start date. Students who fail to pay the full balance by the deadline will be dropped from the course, and the deposit will be forfeited. Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card Debit Card Check (must clear before the payment deadline) Money Order Cash (in-person only) Refund Policy – Strictly Enforced All payments are final. Refunds are extremely limited and will only be granted under the following conditions: Before Class Starts: The $100.00 deposit is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Any additional payments beyond the deposit will only be refunded if the student cancels in writing at least 10 business days before the class start date. Cancellations made within 10 business days of the class start date will not receive a refund. After Class Begins: No refunds will be issued for any reason once the class has started. This includes but is not limited to: Failure to attend Withdrawal for personal reasons Dismissal due to misconduct Inability to complete coursework In documented medical emergencies, a prorated credit may be issued toward a future class at the administration’s sole discretion. By enrolling in a CNA class, students acknowledge and accept this policy in full. No exceptions will be made.
